System to Track MRN (Techsup Flex)
Techsup Flex was developed to keep up with and support the employment mechanism alongside the MRN work program. It is a unique system for managing the employment cycle of the MRN work program and calculating the number of hours worked. Both the establishment and the employee can directly view the number of hours used and what has been accomplished. The system provides a direct communication mechanism between managers and employees, giving a comprehensive and accurate view of the status of projects and tasks. Additionally, the system measures and calculates the actual working hours for each employee in an easy, flexible, and highly accurate manner. The Techsup Flex system links the employee's Contract with their company and with the systems of the government's MRN work portal.
The system consists of a mobile application and an employee portal, and a portal for the supervisor or manager at their company to review the progress and results of their work and to issue various reports for workers under the flexible work umbrella.
